You agree to the following waiver of liability. In consideration of –The Moxie Award, its owner Verasolve LLC, and all related Activities including but not limited to the Moxie Award Ceremony & Dinner (Events) organizing, arranging and permitting me to attend and participate in the Events and/or Activities, I hereby waive all rights which I may now have or which may accrue in the future against The Moxie Award, its owner Verasolve LLC, its directors, officers, employees and members (collectively the “Moxie Award Representatives”) and I hereby release and discharge The Moxie Award, its owner Verasolve LLC,  and the Moxie Award Representatives from, and agree to indemnify and hold The Moxie Award, its owner Verasolve LLC, and the Moxie Award Representatives harmless from and against all liability for any and all actions, damages, causes of action, suits, costs, losses, expenses, claims, demands, damages, judgments and exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID‐19 (collectively the “Losses and Claims”), which I, my spouse, family members, children, invitees, heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assignees ever had, now have or hereafter, shall or may have resulting from or arising in connection with my travel to, attendance at or participation in the Events and any related activities. This release specifically includes, but is not limited to, all present and future Losses and Claims related to the Events based on breach of contract, breach of express and/or implied warranty, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference with contractual relationships, tortious interference with prospective business relationships, misrepresentation, negligence, negligent misrepresentation, gross negligence, negligent infliction of emotional distress, intentional infliction of emotional distress, bad faith, fraud, strict liability, strict products liability, and/or any statutory strict liability.
